Curling

Not a sport which gets much general media coverage other than during occasional Olympics when the  Scottish ladies are on form.    But if you think that means that there is nothing going on out there, take a look at the Royal Caledonian Curling Club website below  and see the hive of activity.

Sadly, there appears to be only one curling rink in England, in Kent, but the website explaining the basics of curling (www.curlingbasics.com ) is published in German and  English so it seems that interest in the sport is not restricted to Scotland and Canada.
