RSS Feeds.  The site is able to supply RSS feeds.    If you are not certain what that means, then Rachel Attwell has prepared us a child's guide:-

An RSS feed is a news feed.  It stands for Really Simple Syndication. You pick the websites that interest you and if they are constantly adding new content they are likely to supply RSS feeds.
are just some of the news publications in the UK who supply RSS feeds. Almost every newspaper, news channel and publication will offer you a free RSS feed.

How do I get a feed?
Pick your publications and search for RSS feeds. That should bring you to a page which allows you to subscribe to their service. Subscription in this case usually is free – it just means you have signed up.   You will need to install a piece of software to enable RSS to happen on your machine. Many of the bigger providers will guide you through that, But there are a number of other different news readers:
www.newsfire.com (for Macs)
are just some examples of places you can sign up with. But a simple search will show the choice is enormous.

Once you have selected your RSS feeds you should be able to customise them so you only get updates on your areas of interests. This way you can be up to date with anything you choose. And with regular, sometimes daily updates, you can use the information for the compilation of news sheets, and any other news that you would like to circulate on the web.
